After a complete failure in controlling anarchists in the downtown core of Toronto during the G20 summit, one protester decides to show the police failure by eating donuts in a broken down cop cruiser. The big question everyone needs to ask, where is the 20,000 police that Toronto paid $1 billion dollars for?

To be fair, I'm pretty sure this cop isn't the first person to play solitaire while on the job!

The gun range must have been closed for the day. These cops decide to just brush up on their gun skills at the local arcade instead!
