A talented artist managed to paint this trippy illusion into a street side fence. I wonder how long that took to figure out?

What do they look through the fence? Is something interesting there?

There definitely wasn't much thought put into this construction job. I guess they didn't really care much about it!

I didn't think dogs could actually jump that high! One of them looked like he was out of luck though.
