Satellite disk in the most weird places

An entire apartment complex added color by painting their satellite dishes.

Yup. Even santa has to stop off for a potty break from time to time.

Here is a collection of beautiful photos from space. My guess is that all these photos were taken from lower earth orbit (LEO) either from the space shuttle or the space station.
