SALLY B...Flying Fortress..or Memphis Belle

A great place to be if you are interested in the battle of Britain or the Americans that served in England during the 2nd world war...the planes and the flying equipment, momentoes and documents are well worth seeing. Afterwards you can sit and watch the old newsreels and the live action from the many sky battles. On www.worldwidetraveltips.co.uk there is a page dedicated to this.

I live near the hall where Anne Bolyne still walks the grounds and seen by numerous staff. Beheaded at the request of henry V111 at the bloody Tower it seems she cannot stop coming back, with head in hands, to walk about her lovely home. I am still waiting to get introduced. Sigh!
