Some troublemaking kid starts a fight on the Vegas street which brings attention to the police. Watch this cop ask the kid to put his hands on the car two times. The third time he doesn't cooperate gets him choke slammed to the ground. I guess that's one experience he definitely wants to leave in Vegas.
