Horse Dances to Gangnam Style

Around one thousand prisoners at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines perform to the extremely popular Psy song, 'Gangnam Style'.

If you're going to dance on top of a table, at least make sure it has more than one leg! You need some stability there!
