The crowded train, which is delayed due to strong wind, is arriving and departing at Omiya Station of the JR Utsunomiya Line, in rush hour. (Saitama City, Saitama Pref.) 평일밤, JR오오미야역 우츠노미야선(토호쿠본선) 타는 곳 모습. 이 날은 거친 날씨 때문에, 열차가 늦어 운행하고 있었다. 도쿄 수도권의 철도는 얼마 안되는 지연이 대단한 혼잡을 발생시켜 버린다. 平日夜のJR大宮駅・宇都宮線（東北本線）ホームの様子。 この日は悪天候のため、列車が遅れて運行していた。 首都圏の鉄道では少しの遅延が大変な混雑を発生させてしまう。
