The video shot on a cell phone about 2:30 on New Years Day morning. It shows a city officer pulling the man out of a car, then repeatedly hitting him with a collapsible baton. He hits the man seven times. Then, the officer appears to pepper spray the man before taking him away in handcuffs.

I realy want to se this dog in real action. And the reaction from the robber.

I hope their boss will give them raise!
