that biker is not only a danger to himself , but also everybody around him. I see a bunch of douchebags like him everyday. Ridding without helemts, or in shorts and sneakers, or cutting in and out of traffic.

I can't agree more JFWEBB. You'll get pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt, but these guys rush past you wearing little more than their skin. This guy has some gear on, but honestly, I don't think it matters when you get ran over on the highway.
