Just listening the strong ''tremolo'', and the strength of the sound, I am not sure that such little girl can do it , the are no dough that she was playing , but final recording was added by a mature musician.

The North Koreans can do things the West only dreams of, because they are dedicated and very focused. If you have seen the acrobatics/gymnastic things that they do, this video should not surprise anyone.

I have been a piano and guitar teacher for over 10 years, I can definitely say, this was NOT doctored AND there are many children in communist countries that are doing amazing things because of their amount of focus and discipline. Quite an amazing talent this girl has, she is one of a kind

  I agree with Sean. That is what the youth in America lacks so much... discipline and focus. It is so hard for youths here to believe that much talent can come from such a young age. Then they wonder why they can't get ahead in life.

OMG. I've been playing the guitar for 30 years, and this little girl blows me out of the water. What a gift she has (nurtured by lots and lots of hard work, obviously). Not only is she hitting the all the notes of this demanding piece, but she's doing it with swing, fire, and an amazingly developed ear for dynamics. Bravo, young lady. Oh, and if anyone thinks this is doctored, just look at her hands as she plays. The notes she is fretting match up perfectly with the sound. Imagine what she'll be able to play when her hands grows to adult size...

Yes...She is very good and im not surprised as many young talented people come from Asia where they are schooled very well. To bad so many can only find some thing negative because they are jealous instead of happy for her. This little child is truly amazing and to be admired and honored. She has obviously spent most of her life all alone practicing over and over one single finger exercise at the time. God Bless her and the wonderful talent He bestowed on her. Her little fingers have bled more than once.

Obviously she has a natural talent for music. But there is no authenticity in this performance. The moves and facial expressions...all pre-meditated and manufactured to give a "perfect" performance by Kim Jong Il's standards. If you know anything about North Korea, you would understand that they start the brightest and prettiest children on a regime for outside public consumption from birth...this child has been trained day in and day out to produce this outcome...so that the world can see "how amazing North Korean culture is" and "what their little treasures are capable of, in the eyes of the Great Father". Any child that shows natural skills in the arts, physicality, or academics is trained constantly so that the North Korean foreign political engine can show the world...."see? See what beauty and skill is produced in our country? See what miracles exist in our homeland? See how there is proof that we are the best nation on Earth?" All the while, any family or child who is poor or born without skills or outside the higher echelons / financial status is left to simply obey and possibly die of starvation at the mercy of the North Korean military societal masterminds. Honestly...we can only imagine what kind of life this girl leads and what happens if or when she doesn't live up to this standard. It's all very sad to me.
