This is some really cool stuff. I practice Krav Maga, and I see some familiar moves, but it looks like you guys some Hapkido or Aikido? The fluid movement is impressive. Do what you can to teach more people to defend themselves like this! Protect Yourself

sorry to say but it look nice ye but many of them self deffens tecnics really dont work in reallity when it is comming to suprice attacks and so on but yes it look damd nice do but still in eallity u dont know adn u dotn have time to do manny of them tricks.

like i sayd some of them may work some dont work i my self have been training martial arts for closer to 30 year also trained duanne mei and dim mak, not saying it dont work for the people that have trained martial arts for a long time i whas mostly meaning that for a normal person that is not so involved with martial arts it is not that easy for so i appolegy of it sounded like i meant it whas all not good whas not that i meant. but as a learn person sayd it is easy for them that can it btu hard for them that cant.

It is very easy to look good in a staged scenario, 1st rule of thumb when it comes to Self defense... don' t look at the franchise , look at the product. No disrespect intended. Progressive Martial Arts Institute.
