A puppy's visual acuity is limited just like a baby. The very first fear a small child or an animal has is the fear of heights or being above the ability to focus on a place below it's ability to see with visual acuity.. Poor little guy was scared and it really does effect the little ones when their fears are not readily dealt with through Loving understanding.
