Drunk Driver Plows Into A Police Cruiser In Lake Station Indiana

In the early morning hours on 01-09-10 a Lake Station Officer was slammed into by a drunk driver at Central and Clay Street, it wasn't until the nurse was transported to the police station, that pd officials determined she was intoxicated. Just a note she blew a .22 . The officer was transported in stable condition to an area hospital. Lake County Sheriff assisted with the investigation.
