What's the point of buying an expensive drum kit when you can just improvise one like this guy?

Just testing out my new Canon FS100. Was walking to the Metro after work and caught this guy for a bit. Not a bad street drummer. (DISCLAIMER: I've been playing drums on a semi-pro and professional level for over 20 years. I'm really picky when it comes to other drummers.)
